What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit JPG, PNG, or WebP with your dog’s face in frame. Upload up to 10 MB, or try Willow’s photo in the editor.
Where are the photo editing tools?
After uploading, edit your photo on its own screen. Next, check it on the product, choose a caption, and review the finished design. Tap Move photo to drag it into position.
Where does my photo go?
Photo edits happen in your browser. Automatic product previews share your design with Cloud Peak and Printful. Optional AI background removal sends the photo to Photoroom. Continuing to checkout saves your photo and design on Cloud Peak’s server. Your bag can also be kept in this browser tab while you browse.
How are orders made?
Printful prints your approved design and ships it to your U.S. address. Your bag shows the current payment availability. Product previews are digital mockups; small color and placement differences can occur in printing.
